Large room size, free shuttle bus to ferry pier, good hot water shower
Soundproofing in the hotel leaves much to be desired!!! Smoky odor lingered in non-smoking areas!!! Clunky old furniture and stained bathrooms need urgent attention!!! Views from higher floors may disappoint!!!

The hotel was in a very central setting to temporary ferry terminal. On the whole cheap food; Antica Trattoria was in the vicinity. Very-very nice and really kind employees, they assisted us with everything.

great stay with minor food concerns
The room was perfect for two guests with a nice comfy bed. The location allowed for easy access to public transport, very convenient. I really enjoyed the breakfast, though it could use more vegetarian options like sautéed cauliflower and broccoli. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness and nice atmosphere throughout the hotel.

the Philippino staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant buffet very good value with a wide selection. Laundry service and meals in room very useful.
the third party restaurants on the premises were way to expensive, ok if you have just had a big win in their casino.

Here's what you need to know
The location is convenient, just a short walk from major attractions. The room on the 17th floor was spacious and comfortable for two, and the staff, especially Frankie at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. A pleasant stay awaits, but some areas could use improvement.

Provides different Pillows, and the bed is comfy.
The lobby needs a certain renovation, the smoking smell is not a pleasant welcoming way. Breakfast serving time is too short from 7 to 10AM only, should at least be 6 to 11 for the guest to use meal as many business traveler arriving at hotel quite late and need some rest.
